L’IPA (Institut pour la Promotion des Arts) est créé en 1986 par un groupe d’artistes et poètes italiens réunis à Bois-Colombes.

Guiliano Maggiorini, initiateur du projet, oriente alors l’association vers des valeurs humanistes, désireux de créer une communauté artistique et culturelle animée par des artistes bénévoles.
Comptant une soixantaine d’adhérents, cette association fait aujourd’hui partie intégrante de la culture locale.

The IPA (Institute for the Promotion of the Arts) was created in 1986 by a group of Italian artists and poets gathered in Bois-Colombes.

Guiliano Maggiorini, the initiator of the project, then directed the association towards humanist values, eager to create an artistic and cultural community animated by volunteer artists.
With about sixty members, this association is now an integral part of the local culture.
